AMAZING 401K

Recro wants you to retire worry-free. We offer 401k matching up to 6% that immediately vests in addition to an end of year profit sharing 401k bonus of 15-18% historically.

PREMIERE MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND VISION

In an effort to keep you healthy, Recro provides 100% paid for health, dental, and vision insurance for employees with no medical deductible or coinsurance. For families, we offer a low deductible medical plan that is also paid for 100% by Recro.

FLEXIBLE PAID LEAVE

Recro recognizes that mental health is as important as physical health. Recroans have 11 paid federal holidays (5 that are flexible and 6 core holidays) and 3 weeks of paid leave each year, as well as generous/flexible policies for Bereavement and Parental Leave.
